Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns; process checkouts and bag merchandise; identify and fulfill customer orders promptly; operate front-end scanners and registers; contact customers by phone for inquiries; maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store layout; ensure accurate transactions and proper cash handling; enforce tobacco/alcohol policies and health/safety guidelines; maintain department cleanliness and PPE usage; assist in other departments as needed; contribute to store operations and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and development within Weis Markets.
Required Qualifications
- Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- No prior experience required
- Payrate: $15.92-$23.00 per hour
