Job Summary
Conduct weight inspections and classify shipments by verifying density and cross-referencing Bills of Lading against DFL Rules and NMFC provisions. Document actual commodities, take photos, and enter accurate data into the AS400 system to recover revenue. Process W&R reports, audit daily duties, and upload images for reference while maintaining safety in a non-temperature controlled environment. Carry freight, maneuver inside trailers, and work all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to make decisions in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work ALL shifts / ALL hours
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the LTL industry, and/or W&R, is preferred
