Required Qualifications
- Must pass a medical physical and drug test
- Must pass a background check and credit check
- Preferred – high school diploma or GED and/or foreign education acceptable
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) language skills a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn how to sort metal and identify colors, shapes, and weights
