Job Summary
Manage apartment owner communities by organizing and conducting owner meetings, implementing and tracking resolutions, and overseeing maintenance and renovation projects. Coordinate daily operations through communication with owners, boards, service providers, and tradespeople while ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Leverage central accounting support to focus entirely on operational management, making decisions and handling responsibilities in a flat hierarchy with short approval paths.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im immobilienkaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse im WEG-Recht und in der praktischen Verwaltung von Eigentümergemeinschaften
- Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
