Job Summary
Manage a fixed portfolio of condominium associations, handling communication with tenants, owners, service providers, and authorities. Conduct pre- and post-preparation for owners' assemblies, maintain meeting minutes, and implement resolutions. Develop economic plans and support the satisfaction of residents and owners within the property management team. Requires a completed real estate training or equivalent qualifications, strong WEG management knowledge, and certified property manager status or legal alternatives such as a certified real estate specialist. Fluency in German and English is necessary. The role offers an attractive starting salary of 13 x 4,000 €, flexible working hours, and continuous development opportunities at Hilpert AG in Berlin.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im immobilienwirtschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der WEG-Verwaltung
- Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch zu kommunizieren
- Zertifizierte/r Verwalter:in oder rechtsgültige Alternativen z.B. geprüfte/r Immobilienfachwirt:in
