Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day management of WEG objects, including leading owner assemblies in Landau (in-person) and Karlsruhe (hybrid), and overseeing technical service providers for ongoing string renovations. Manage economic plans and annual billing statements while coordinating with dedicated accountants. Utilize a provided service vehicle to handle travel to Karlsruhe properties, where you will also contribute to organizing and digitizing workflows and ERP transitions. Work independently with minimal micromanagement, supported by an assistant who handles routine tasks like filing and sorting.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Eigentümerversammlungen leiten
