Job Summary
Manage WEGs independently by organizing owner meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing financial plans including budgets and annual accounts. Coordinate maintenance and renovation projects with contractors while monitoring contracts, deadlines, and payment inflows. Communicate transparently with owners, boards, and service providers to implement resolutions and identify upsell opportunities. Support sales efforts locally to drive additional services. Full-time role with flexible hours and mobile work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Immobilienbereich (z. B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Immobilienfachwirt/in, o. Ä.)
- Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung bzw. Hausverwaltung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie gängigen Verwaltungs- und Abrechnungssystemen
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Eigentümern und Dienstleistern
- Bereitschaft, für Eigentümerversammlungen gelegentlich auch abends tätig zu sein
