Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans of care. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekly pay ranging from $24 to $36.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
