Job Summary
Provide skilled registered nursing care for medically fragile children and young adults in home settings. Perform ongoing patient assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and deliver care according to physician orders. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and educate families to support improved outcomes. Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and implement preventive safety measures. Requires an active, unrestricted Colorado RN license and ability to work in a home environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour options.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
- Ability to provide care in a home environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
