Job Summary
Fully remote, video-based primary care physician role in the US remote clinic. You will deliver preventive, acute, and chronic care to a dedicated panel of patients, manage referrals to specialists when clinically indicated, and participate in population health initiatives (AWVs, care gaps, transitions of care, risk capture). Requires Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine, 3+ years post-residency, 2+ years in-person primary care, and an active NC state medical license with EPIC EMR experience. Work from home with a 40-hour week, 3x12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun plus one weekday) and the option to work from anywhere in the US; Spanish-speaking capability is a plus. Compensation: $270,000–$300,000 USD; malpractice insurance provided; generous PTO and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active NC state medical license (IMLC preferred)
- 3+ years post-residency experience
- 2+ years in-person primary care experience
- Experience with virtual visits
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week and 3x12-hour shifts (including Saturdays and Sundays)
- Spanish-speaking a plus
