Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
