Job Summary
Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installations and install plumbing equipment to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck while providing accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets. Work directly with customers to design solutions that fit their needs and budget, delivering exceptional service and representing Bassett with professionalism. This role features a Friday–Monday 4-day work week with Tuesday–Thursday days always off. Compensation ranges from $20–$50/hr with performance-based pay and uncapped commission. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential in-home plumbing experience
- Indoor and outdoor residential plumbing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to present options and build value at the table with the homeowner
- A team-first mindset and pride in your craft
- Friday–Monday schedule
- 4-day work week
- Tuesday–Thursday always off
