Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients' homes as an RN or LVN/LPN. Duties include administering prescribed medications and therapies, conducting ongoing patient assessments, coordinating care, and educating families to improve clinical outcomes. Roles available for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends) in Houston and surrounding areas; ideal candidates will focus on infants, children, and/or adolescents with medically fragile conditions and deliver high-quality home-based care with a 1:1 patient care ratio. Required Qualifications
