Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio across full-time and part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends. New graduates are welcome with training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
