Job Summary
Enforce the i9 Sports rulebook and act as an on-court coach to promote a fun, educational, and safe volleyball environment. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down field equipment, keeping time and score, teaching core concepts and sportsmanship values, providing superior customer service, and assisting volunteer coaches during practice. Requires reliable transportation, strong communication, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends for approximately 7 weeks. Compensation is paid per game as an independent contractor; earnings depend on the number of games completed each period. Must have a smartphone with internet access and complete a National Criminal Background Check.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
- Must have a smartphone with internet capability.
- Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is required.
