Job Summary
Provide engaging, high-quality tennis instruction to youth, tailoring lessons to different ages and skill levels; teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies while promoting sportsmanship and fair play. Lead structured practices, drills, and interactive games, offer constructive feedback to help players improve, ensure participant safety, maintain attendance records, and communicate progress to parents. Collaborate with other instructors to coordinate schedules and optimize program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or coaching tennis to youth
- Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young players
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for promoting their physical and personal development
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on program needs
