Job Summary
Lead and instruct sports classes and clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years, implementing B.E.S.T. lesson plans while maintaining a fun, positive environment. Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times, and communicate effectively with parents, teammates, and supervisors. Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes, and complete required check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking. This part-time, hourly role involves physical activity including standing, running, and lifting equipment up to 40 pounds, with travel between multiple locations.
