Job Summary
Lead and instruct sports classes and clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years, implementing B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques. Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment while ensuring the safety and supervision of all participants at all times. Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes, and communicate effectively with parents, teammates, and supervisors. Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking while adhering to all company policies and safety standards. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role involves physical activity, including standing, running, and lifting equipment up to 40 pounds, with potential travel between multiple locations.
