Job Summary
Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years while implementing B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques. Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment, ensuring the safety and supervision of all participants at all times. Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes, and communicate effectively with parents, teammates, and supervisors. Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking while adhering to all company policies and safety standards. This part-time, hourly role involves Saturday and Sunday morning-to-early afternoon shifts, with physical activity required including lifting equipment up to 40 pounds. Travel between multiple class locations may be necessary based on scheduling.
