Job Summary
Officiate youth flag football games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun while keeping matches on schedule. Create a positive environment for players, coaches, and parents by communicating clearly and respectfully with all parties. Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support, including lifting, carrying, and transporting equipment up to 30 lbs. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, organized game days. Weekend availability is required for this role at i9 Sports, where we focus on creating memorable experiences for every player and family.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16+
- Weekend availability is required
- Basic knowledge of preferred (training provided)
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with kids and engaging with families
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed
- Motivated, energetic, and able to stay active for extended periods
- Lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as part game day operations
