Lead practice sessions and provide cheer instruction for youth athletes across Riverside area, delivering engaging coaching and promoting sportsmanship and positive values; part-time weekend contractor role with game-based pay structure in South Inland Empire venues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Access to a phone with internet capability
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks)
- Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is required
