Weekend Warrior RN

Provide nursing care to residents as part of a team, including performing rounds to observe residents, assessing changes in condition, administering medications and monitoring vital signs; develop and modify care plans, document care, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also include training and supervising staff, maintaining thorough documentation, participating in survey processes and safety programs, and upholding facility policies and procedures. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, physical ability to assist with resident care and mobility, and the ability to read, interpret technical documents and work within a healthcare setting.
