Job Summary
RN/LPN Weekend Warrior PRN at Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wilmington, MA. Provide resident care in accordance with the plan of care and physician plan of treatment; perform medication administration and treatments per POC; monitor residents’ conditions and report findings; ensure accurate documentation. Qualifications include an active MA RN/LPN license and valid BLS (CPR); ability to work with multiple patients. Schedule: per diem weekend shifts (5 weekends in a row, 6th one off). Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of MA.
