Job Summary
Answer calls to assess resident needs, bathe and dress residents, and manage meal services including tray service and diet confirmation. Transport residents to dining areas and perform limited nursing procedures under supervision. Take vital signs, record intake and output, collect specimens, and assist staff nurses with treatments and examinations. Shifts run 12 or 16 hours from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am. This role supports mission-based care at Mount Carmel Care Center, a faith-based long-term care facility in the Berkshires.

- Technical/other training or better in Nursing
