Weekend Warrior LPN at Northwood Assisted Living. In-person, 12-hour shifts from 7a-7p on Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities include coordination of patient care, administering medications and treatments, serving as a vital link between doctor, patient, and family, providing exceptional care and support to patients and families, and managing a team.
