Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care. Support residents with mobility, meals, and overall comfort while working alongside RNs and LPNs to deliver resident-centered care. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Work flexible 12-hour or 16-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available. A high school diploma and current North Carolina CNA certification are required, though new graduates are welcome to apply for training and support.
