Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, escort services) to residents in an Assisted Living program. Maintain residents’ dignity and confidentiality, document daily logs, follow supervisor schedules, offer emotional and social support, and collaborate with team to ensure safe, compassionate care. Requires at least one year in senior care and may require CNA or CHHA license depending on state; strong English communication, basic computer skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a caring environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in senior care
- May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state
- Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and respond to emergencies
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
