Weekend Venue Baseball Coordinator - South Inland Empire

The Baseball Coordinator will empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, teach core concepts and sportsmanship, manage game-day setup, time, score, and safety across rotating venues in the South Inland Empire (Eastvale, Norco, Corona, Riverside, Chino Hills, Jurupa Valley). Responsibilities include observing and assisting coaches, enforcing rules, delivering hands-on instruction during practices and games for all age groups, maintaining a positive customer-service mindset, ensuring safety, and coordinating equipment setup and breakdown during games. Requires 2+ years of sport-specific officiating/playing/coaching, reliable transportation to multiple sites, ability to work weekends/evenings, smartphone access, and passing a background check. Independent contractor paid per-game rate, with compensation based on number of games completed (not a fixed salary).
