Job Summary
Respond to and triage all clinical calls received during daytime hours on Friday through Monday, including incoming requests from patients and caregivers. Create clinical treatment plans when needed and coordinate on-site patient care responses. Collaborate closely with the On Call Manager to ensure all patient needs are met during your shift. This 32-hour weekend role requires a Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts with at least two years of hospice experience, strong critical thinking skills, and EMR proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Triage experience
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Must be available for Friday from 2 pm to 8 pm
- Must be available for Monday from 8 am to 2 pm
- Must be available for Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years or more of hospice experience
- Experience working with EMRs
- Experience with Google Suite
