Weekend Triage Mental Health Counselor (remote), Emergency Services

Provide procedural direction and support to crisis clinicians by phone and/or face as needed. Answer phones to provide initial assessments, monitor active and pending cases, and assist clinicians with bed searches, insurance verifications, and resource sharing. Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external providers like hospital emergency rooms to ensure quality of care. Act as a conduit for programmatic updates and clinical alerts, while collecting and recording data for reporting needs. Offer feedback to the Program Director regarding shift performance issues. This part-time role involves 20 hours on Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at a rate of $22.00 to $29.26 per hour.
