Job Summary
Part-Time Contractor Weekend Table Host at i9 Sports venues in the North Inland Empire. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding hundreds of visitors, managing the information tent and coach check-ins, overseeing merchandise and concession sales, answering parent/coach questions, providing outstanding customer service, and relaying feedback to the site manager. Must maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate leadership and sportsmanship values, and adapt to a rotating seasonal schedule across Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario, Chino Hills, Eastvale, and Jurupa Valley. Requires reliable transportation, a smartphone with internet, and successful completion of a background check. Weekend availability and ability to work across multiple venues in the cluster are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and coaches
- Professionalism: Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships
- Leadership: Ability to take charge of situations to ensure a safe environment
- Problem-Solving: Self-starter who can work independently and solve problems
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to venue
- Technology: Must have a smartphone with internet capability
- Background Check: Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied schedule for full season duration
