Job Summary
As a Weekend Supervisor, you will lead, support, and inspire Clients and Care Professionals while overseeing the delivery of person-centred care during weekend shifts. Your responsibilities include supervising and mentoring care staff, ensuring compliance with care regulations, managing staff rotas, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records. You must possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of care standards and principles.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
