Job Summary
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, including assigning work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to facility standards. Follow established facility policies and procedures. Work 3p-11p evening shifts as a key member of the weekend team at Aviata at Seminole.
Required Qualifications
