Weekend Supervisor (RN)

Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing weekend nursing services to ensure quality care. Supervise and oversee all resident care according to assessed status and established plans of care, while providing direct nursing care as needed per physician orders. Manage resident documentation scanning and attaching in MatrixCare to ensure medical records are complete and accurate. Maintain campus readiness for tours and surveys, including preparing model rooms and tour stations. Work every weekend in 12-hour shifts at the discretion of the Director of Nursing, eligible for an additional $7.00/hour incentive pay.
