Job Summary
Direct day-to-day nursing activities for residents and supervise nursing assistants in adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Manage shift planning, verify staff compliance with facility policies, and coordinate resident care plans including admissions, transfers, and discharges. Administer medications, perform physical assessments, and document all care in resident charts while maintaining accurate narcotic records. Ensure quality assurance program participation and respond promptly to call lights or emergency conditions. Work weekends with potential on-call rotations and overtime as required.

- Must be able to handle and be exposed to hazardous chemicals
