Job Summary
Weekend Nursing leader responsible for clinical oversight and weekend operations as the primary nursing leader on-site. Provides staff supervision, resident advocacy, and operational leadership, coordinates weekend staffing, serves as primary contact for clinical concerns, handles on-call responsibilities Friday–Monday, collaborates with physicians and care teams to ensure quality resident care, ensures regulatory compliance, completes weekend reports, and supports residents and families with questions and care needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a leadership capacity
- Ability to serve in an on-call leadership role during assigned weekends
