Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate weekend nursing staff activities from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth. Ensure effective communication with physicians and therapists, participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, and demonstrate core values of compassion and excellence. Current RN licensure in Alabama required with strong leadership skills for this weekend shift role at Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
- Minimum 0 years of experience, with a strong foundation in nursing practice and leadership
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
