Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing weekend nursing services to ensure quality care. Supervise resident care according to assessed status and plans, provide direct nursing care per physician orders, and scan resident documentation in MatrixCare. Maintain campus tour readiness, execute tours, and participate in survey and mock-survey preparedness. Work every weekend in 12-hour shifts at the discretion of the Director of Health Services. Eligible for an additional $7.00/hour incentive for weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- current, valid state LPN or RN license
- Current, valid CPR certification
- Every Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Twelve (12) hour shifts
- Shift hours at the discretion of the Director of Health Services
