Weekend Supervisor (LPN, RN)

Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing weekend nursing service department functions to ensure quality care. Supervise and oversee all resident care according to assessed status and established plans of care, while providing direct nursing care as necessary per physician orders. Manage resident documentation scanning and attachment in MatrixCare to ensure medical records are complete and accurate. Maintain tour readiness by executing campus tours, managing backup resources, and preparing for surveys. Work every weekend in 12-hour shifts with hours at the discretion of the Director of Health Services.
