Job Summary
Weekend Supervisor to oversee resident care, medication management, and community operations during weekends at Civitas Senior Living in Fort Worth, TX. Role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a senior care wellness environment. Nursing license is preferred (LPN/LVN/RN) but not required. Key duties include medication order follow-up, audits, coordinating resident care with doctors and third-party providers, conducting daily resident visits, managing incident reports, staffing and scheduling, conducting quality assurance, supporting dining and cleanliness, and providing comprehensive weekend reports to leadership. Requires strong communication, customer service, and computer skills with adherence to regulations and resident rights. Part-time, 10-hour weekend shifts; must be able to work with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a senior care wellness environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and the public
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to working with the elderly
- Demonstrated ability to work both as a team member and independently
- Commitment to ethical behavior, including honesty, fairness, and respect for confidentiality and resident privacy
- Proficiency in computer use and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to perform all job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
