Job Summary
Weekend Staffing & Operations Coordinator (CILA Residential Services) — Part-time weekend leadership role responsible for coordinating staffing across multiple CILA homes, ensuring staffing ratios, managing weekend operations, coordinating resident activities, transportation logistics, emergency response, and overnight on-call verification; supports Residential Supervisors and ensures uninterrupted care across weekends. Responsibilities include staffing coordination, transportation and logistics, resident activities and community outings, documentation, crisis response, and collaboration with DSPs, CNAs, QIDPs, nursing staff, guardians, and transportation providers. Requires an operational leadership background in healthcare, CILA, residential services, or related fields, with strong organizational, communication, and planning skills.
