Independent Weekend Sign Installer role in Smyrna, TN for Artisan Direct. Install signs Friday 5 PM–Saturday 10 AM and pickup Sunday 6 PM–Monday 8 AM. Requires independent contractor status, vehicle and smartphone, ability to lift and hammer stakes, and reliable weekend availability. Compensation includes base pay per weekend plus signing and performance bonuses; contractors manage routes and pay self-employment taxes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- current auto insurance
- 18+ years old
- Reliable vehicle with enough space to transport 30+ signs
- A smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running our mobile app
- Ability to lift and place signs and work outdoors
- Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend only
