Job Summary
Independent contractor role in Matthews, NC for weekend sign installation and pickup. Install signs between Friday 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM, then pick up between Sunday 6:00 PM and Monday 8:00 AM. Use Artisan Direct's mobile app to report installations and pickups at specific locations, submit weekly invoices, and order replacement inventory after completing pickups. Compensation includes a starting weekend rate of $82.50, with direct deposit every two weeks, a $20 signing bonus, and a $100 bonus after four weeks of completed work. Requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle with cargo space for 30+ signs, smartphone, ability to lift and place signs, and ability to hammer stakes. 1099 independent contractor status; no benefits or guaranteed hours.

- Ability to lift and place signs
- Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend
