Job Summary
Independent contractor weekend role placing and picking up temporary directional signs. Work Fridays 5:00 PM–Saturday 10:00 AM and Sundays 6:00 PM–Monday 8:00 AM, following provided routes/routes lists. Use your own vehicle to complete local routes (30–60 signs per route; 45 min–1.5 hrs once familiar). Benefits include flexible weekend schedule, potential earnings growth with more routes, signing bonus, direct deposit, and bi-weekly pay. Training provided; contractors responsible for own taxes and expenses. Location: Lyles, TN. 1099 independent contractor position with no employee benefits or guaranteed hours; select and complete routes within stated windows.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle with space for 30–60 signs
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android, ~4 years old or newer)
- Ability to lift and place signs outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground as needed
- Dependability to complete routes within required time windows
