Job Summary
RN or LPN position providing 1:1 pediatric home health care for a child with a trach, vent, and g-tube in home settings. Weekend and night shifts available in Janesville, MN, with Saturday/Sunday hours including days, evenings, and overnights. Training provided for ventilator/trach/g-tube care; 24/7 support from a dedicated team.
