Job Summary
Conduct hand layup of advanced composite materials on designated tooling per specific work instructions and customer specifications. Perform trimming, vacuum-bagging, basic repair, material preparation, weighing, finishing, and molding operations. Inspect in-process and finished product using hand measurement tools and record inspection results. Manage work orders and time calculations to ensure product quality while providing suggestions for improvement. This weekend shift role involves working 36 hours paid for 40, with the first shift running 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Training occurs during normal operating hours for the first few months.
