Job Summary
Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift at Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation, overseeing resident care and ensuring clinical excellence. Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care while responding to emergencies and ensuring smooth operations during off-hours. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, residents, and families alike. This part-time role requires an LPN license in VA with at least one year of supervisory experience.
