Weekend Shift CNC Operator

Job Summary
Maintain, set-up, and operate CNC machines efficiently to produce parts to required specifications per the production schedule. Make adjustments using offsets to keep parts within tolerance and check machined components for dimensional accuracy. Perform needed inspections, measure with precision tools, and record quality checks while meeting or exceeding production and quality requirements. Read and understand multi-view drawings, blueprints, and CNC G & M code language to ensure proper function of assemblies. Perform minor setup changeovers and work with minimum supervision on technical assistance. Work 36-hour weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday, 6am–6pm) with full-time benefits and a $2.75/hour shift differential.

- Ability to read and follow work instructions, shop orders and blueprints
- Flexible and have the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to perform basic math
- Mechanically inclined and a highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to multi-task without losing efficiency or accuracy and accept new responsibilities in a changing work environment
- Strong organization, prioritizing, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in reading CNC G & M code Language
