Job Summary
Set up production lines 30 minutes before each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift, then fill, seal, date, case, and palletize product according to customer requirements. Lead the packaging area by setting examples, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices, and executing proper SKU changes and end-of-shift cleaning. Manage daily operations while championing Food Safety, HACCP, and SQF standards, and complete all required paperwork and inspections in a timely manner. Work with pallet jacks and lift loads up to 2,000 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

- Fully understand department Story Boards
- Fill, seal, date, case and palletize product in accordance with customer requirements
- Understands and completes proper sku change/end of shift cleaning
- Champions Food Safety, HACCP and SQF
- Maneuver through tight spaces
- Lift 25 lbs. over their head
- Pull/Maneuver pallet jack with up to 2,000 pound loads
- Carry items of 50 pounds in weight from one place to another
- Stack 50 pounds repetiously
- Must be able to work with Soy.
- Must be able to distinguish colors
