Weekend Server/Salad Bar

Job Summary
Prepare and assemble fresh salads and toppings according to established recipes and presentation standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salad bar area. Restock ingredients and supplies, ensure proper food storage and adherence to safety regulations, and monitor food quality by discarding items that do not meet standards. Assist customers with salad options, ingredients, and special requests, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in regular training sessions for food safety and customer service techniques. This role requires continuous walking and mobility up to 8 hours daily, with the ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays. Located at Northern Oklahoma College - Tonkawa.
Required Qualifications
- Continuous walking and other means of mobility up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull and frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
